I expect Shenghe has mentioned it and they are working towards a takeover. The refreshed board are opportunist and would see it as a lucrative exit.
Long term shareholders inevitable impacted but as long as the valuation is closer to 1b, then i say go ahead.
Opportunist would also want the quickest , fair, exit ... I doubt they see that anywhere near sub 500m
