No-one ever said that - try reading the report. The issue is the balancing of brine between the ponds as the brine goes through the concentration process. There was an error in the algorithm which controlled the movement of brine between ponds. This has been rectified and is expected to return the ponds to producing concentrated brine at design specification during this quarter and the next.
