    I bought in on speculation it will go through,
    Shareholder's can take $3.50 or vote it down and watch the share price drop back to $2.90 (personal estimate),

    Book value is $3.70 if someone is going to pay that where are the bids?

    Not trying to provide advise just giving my 5c.
