ellimb. Why would you apply now rather than just before the closing date? As far as I can see, it is not a first come first served, so if there were to be a big drop in the meantime, you would miss out in getting the shares at a lot cheaper price. Even one low day during the vwap period, could be a better bet than the vwap less 2%. Just curious.
