    I found Pat's comments around TC expenses to be very helpful. It looks like project economics were updated mostly due to the elevated treatment costs - which are at ten year highs.

    If these quickly revert back to their previous levels while we are just getting started, then we can enjoy the improved cashflows and NPV for the remainder of mine life.
