Agree with you. I have voted "AGAINST" the resolution put forward by our Board in relation to the Scheme of Arrangement.
And a yes to what you have said about being an upraising by the shareholders against the Board decision to sell us short.
As for the short termers, yes they will bail because they will not want to see their gains made with CTP going down the gurgler. That is a known fact. Hence why the share price is dropping. Just look at how many shares are changing hands now in comparison to when the SoA announcement came out.
