True, but you could also buy a house in Perth suburbs for 70 odd thousand dollars. I'd be very happy to see 20 cents. Mogul could also be the elephant in the room. I also remember Twiggy up at Murrin Murrin telling construction workers what a good buy Anaconda was just before it tanked and he was selling out. Forgive the M4M optimism but I don't think it's unfounded.
