eread the announcements. 2 million dollars worth of shares will be issued in January Subject to a vote @ 0.003 666,666,667 shares .
So to my way of thinking if they have shares already bought at 0.003 they can sell at 0.004 and be reissued at 0.003 . Or even sell at 0.003 knowing they will be able to get them back at the same price.
End of January early February we will know.
Please correct if I'm wrong.
