    I'm no geologist, but I'm assuming Cane Bore is haematite IO, and being a channel iron deposit (CID) which as Tiger states is dead easy to mine as the resource is close to the surface, with little or no need for drilling and blasting. They would probably use a surface miner, which is similar to the machines they use to tear up bitumen roads.

    They (BOD) know there is close access to infrastructure, which is key for bulk commodities, and decent tonnage should make it very economic. Based on Simon Rushton's expertise and experience, I wouldn't be surprised if he can get Cane Bore in production very quickly, once all the boxes are ticked.
    Despite the recent SP appreciation, I still think this is flying under the radar, but won't be for much longer imo.
