It's my understanding that this proposed facility will be located at Onslow/Ashburton as the announcement specifies 'WEST' Pilbara and the Turner project and also the majority of their other smaller IO projects will be closest to this port. When I spoke to SR a while back he said they were still working out bulk shipping solution for the West Pilbara (Onslow/Ashburton) and now they have it.
