On one hand you’re saying that there’s no details and we can’t assess the contract. On the other hand you’re saying that the price is flat because it’s been assessed as low value.
You’re not making sensible arguments but that’s OK. It’s your call and it sounds like you’ve decided it’ll be a dud. Each other own. Time will tell.
