What does it tell me? It tells me the stock is still down over 60% in a year and scraping the bottom despite a few opportunistic swings. A temporary 30% lift off the floor doesn’t undo the broader trend, or the lack of substance behind it. And using a couple of impatient holders dumping as a bullish signal? That’s a stretch. The fact we’re still talking about price action rather than project execution says everything.
