The other directors own substantial positions in Macro and would have made sure the numbers stack up and are strong enough to win approval from other shareholders.

Macro is getting some initial work providing exploration and mine-planning expertise, as well as validation of the historical data. This is good to get cash flow into the company immediately and gets the ball rolling generally.

REGROUP is a third party and would have had to be comfotrtable with awarding Macro the work. From the calibre of people in Macro, it looks like they have plenty of experience and expertise. It is good that the management are stepping up with this to get the show on the road.

Nothing unusual or untoward about subletting out contracts if your own books are full and you have more work than you can handle.
