Fantastic announcement and good to finally get the confirmation the Mining Code has been implemented.
Not only that, they are building a bypass road to simplify our logistics. Massive benefit for us and I'm sure it will open up many other projects in the region.
Great to see an active government implementing changes that should have significant improvements for their country.

From my perspective the PFS will be an improvement on the Scoping Study. Which should be delivered in the next 2 months!
The PFS can then be used to finalise the project with the Government. This should lead to the approvals required to mine.
In my view, both are low risk for a successful outcome given the simple nature of the project and a very supportive government.

Each milestone significantly de-risks the project and brings us closer to production. Will the company be worth significantly more? In my view, it will.
However, market value is ultimately determined by the agreement between buyers and sellers.
I understand that some people may be forced to sell, but it seems counterintuitive to sell now, especially as we approach critical events.

If you don't think the project is going to production, sell.
Otherwise at the current market cap, I believe it presents an exceptional opportunity.
