Ann: Madagascan Mining Code Implementation Procedures Enacted, page-7

Been keeping an eye on EVG, they are in a similar position to us in obtaining their mining license and just released the following announcement:

Their announcement confirms the Implementation Procedures for the revised Mining Code have been officially decreed and enacted.
Also they made the following statement which highlights things are progressing in Madagascar.

The final official conversion of our PR’s to PE’s will occur following a series of site visits from ONE
officials (Office of National pour l’Environnement) planned for the months of February and March
2025.
The Evion in-country management team in Madagascar is actively finalising the terms of the final
environmental permits with submission to ONE imminent. A series of final community meetings are
also scheduled for the next few weeks to reach agreement on our community development plans.

Our share price has had a good response over the last few days.
Not many shares on offer which shows the register is holding them tightly.
Some further de-risking could see a lot of buyers fight for the few shares available.
