Ann: Mader welcomes strategic investor & reaffirms FY24 guidance, page-3

This strategic investor obviously sees the same things I have seen for years now, since I invested at around 90cents:

• With guidance reaffirmed, EPS growth will have exceeded 30% pa for the last three financial years (including this year)
• The North American business model has been proven, and has a very long runway of growth to come
• Mader is extremely profitable with ROIC of around 30%. This is indicative of being well of ahead of its competition in its service offering and the value of that service to customers.
• Mader remains founder led, with Luke Mader still owning > 50% of shares.
• Mader has a very strong balance sheet and is guiding to net cash in the medium term
• Mader has the ability to reinvest most of its profits, thus ensuring ongoing strong growth

All the ingredients for a rapid compounder, nirvana for long-term investors.
