The options can only be exercised around 2 months from now.
I believe most of the selling is due to people taking up the offer for bonus issue of units and the options and as such have overweighed their allocation to either international investments or just gone too much in Magellan.
They are now trimming their allocations and I don't believe Magellan should mover react to something that is two months away or up to 3 years for the total options. Overtime the large NTA discount will shrink especially if Magellan continue to buyback shares.
