Announcing results then locking in a placement at a substantial discount - without allowing it to trade, is just dodgy imo and less than I've come to expect from these guys. If the project has any merit raising funds shouldn't be a problem in any environment as they have already demonstrated. Whether the interest is due to current resources or future potential is largely irrelevant - there's one share price that buys you the package.

I notice Anglo are taking up the option to maintain their interest. Strange when they have been cutting exploration budgets elsewhere.A pity that other holders weren't also offered the opportunity to avoid dilution.
