I think things can only get better from here.
Lets face it, although Peter came well qualified, the guy really didn't ooze confidence, was very iffy with his official company announcements in terms of info presented and responsible for slow drilling turnaround this year albeit strong cash position.
Hopefully the good doctor can introduce a new energy and guide this ship to the promised land
