New company should IPO before Xmas.

We'll find out the exact dates for everything once they release a timeline or otherwise call an EGM.

Or more likely they will do it at the AGM.

Once voted on at a meeting (EGM/AGM) - it's a couple of weeks before new shares start trading.

The 3 AGM's that MAG has held since listing have been on 16, 22 & 23 November.


Pretty sure companies must hold their AGM by end of November but (also pretty sure) this year companies have an extra month to hold their AGM due to coronavirus.

So, likely to be voted on at the AGM if everything in the background is sorted in time, meaning that it's likely to be IPO'd by Xmas.
