    I don't think your 50% is right.

    The announcement says that Pre IPO MAG will retain 60% of AGC and NSR will have 40%.

    Unless I've missed the figure, there hasn't been any indication of what proportion of AGC will be given up for the IPO.

    I think we've got to wait for that figure before we can get the full picture of what value this proposal might be to MAG shareholders.

    My guess is that more details will be forthcoming just before the AGM
