No BNDES support inclusion for BCM, hmmm, I'd love to know why, not that the company would be disclosing this. Permitting risk is still significant here, although if it does work out great for those who hold. The scoping study was out well before the application deadline so if they applied (which they should have) they didn't make the cut for some reason.
