fair question @pavlovas. Lets hope it doesn't turn out like gfc but bit of pain likely to come our way.
The current economic situation of high inflation, very low unemployment, continued demand for increase in wages, and dropping productivity is not very stable and sustainable. Given this is not limited to just Australia, funding is likely to take longer than what it would have taken 3-5yrs back.
