Noob facebook investors who don't really understand geology/mining/finance see the SP of a stock (MGT) going up (due to insto accumulation), so they jump aboard. The SP tanks, so they frantically abandon ship. They see a nearby ship (HIO) that's almost identical looking to this one, and its SP starts to rise.. Not only this, but this ship is promising that it'll sell TEN TIMES the number of tickets than the previous ship, and that it will be powered by "super diesel", and that it will be able to travel at 0.8c (where c = the speed of light). This sounds absolutely wonderful to the none-the-wiser investor, so he frantically jumps aboard, along with all of his colleagues and friends, who he's told about this new ship.
That's about where HIO is at now, from my perspective.
