hmmm let me try and recall. Was there a consolidation initiated by the mgmt for no obvious reasons.Sorry, I forget there was a valid reason for the consolidation.
It was called "matching investor expectations".
Guess what happened. The so called investors never showed up PLUS the Shareholders are now leaving in hordes and therefore the dropping SP.For those who like to report and moderate posts, this is NOT unsubstantiated information. This is in the 'consolidation' announcment from the mgmt
