Someone tell'em their DREAMN ,the last major Port infrastructure was built over 40 yrs ago at Port Bonythn to feed the world gas from the Cooper Basin and the players in this space have been bangn on about the the need for deep water ports on both sides of the Gulf for years,the last time any infrastructure upgrade has occurred is in Cowell (Lucky Bay ) and Wallaroo which is privately owned and funded, T-Ports load mostly Grain from shore to ship transfer via self discharging barge,any new infrastructure will cost a ton of money to build and Flinders Ports don't have any track record in developing new infrastructure of this capacity that's why the MOU is non-binding.
