I think you may have hit the nail on the head 'motor' with a raising or something smothering it.....I think the cap raise last time was very small and was most likely to carry them over from an ops perspective until they knew if the chinese were in or out....I dare say those $$$ must be getting low.....Looks like it may be settling around the 1.1c mark, which on a day like these seems good....lets see how the next few days pan out.
