This said, don't think it's a coincidence that the company announces that the tranche 1 funding by L1 and regal is complete and the same week the CEO resigns... was a shocking funding arrangement that killed the SP.
Personally think it's a positive move to have a lead in the US where the action is - onwards and upwards !
