"The Company has sufficient Listing Rule 7.1 placement capacity
to enter into (and issue the new shares under) the Pre-Payment
Subscription Facility (. In any event, the maximum number of
new Magnis shares issuable to the Investors is 145,000,000"

Let's hope this is the end of it and I hope the above is accurate and limited to 145 mill, as they are almost at that now. I hope Magnis doesn't need to draw another 25 million.

This death spiral financing that MNS signed up for has been disappointing for sure.
