Agree it was a rushed funding agreement that was required but looks like the investors should be nearly done selling their remaining shares based on volume trading.

I think once IM3, obtains certification:

- it will start the sales and revenues,

-then it will secure the US govt loan and grants, then part of that you will see large institutional investors come in on the back of it, including possibly some big name EV investor. Like we seen Tesla sign offtake with mns.

You would think that now Tesla signed an offtake with mns already, other major EV companies like Tesla would be looking at mns or cells from IM3 or both!

What I would like to see is mns and IM3 this time secure an additional offtake with large EV company like they did with Tesla but next one linked with a equity investment! $$$

Certification will be key to progress these and it’s not too far away!
