MMS is ONLY the largest Shareholder in IM3NY. There are NO current MNS Director sitting on the IM3NY board. As such, it can not influence the direction of IM3NY.
Shareholders are outsiders. They can't make decisions for the company - other than via a resolution in a Special General Meeting.
