    Think you'll find that the financers trying to get their money out of IM3 will be making the decision - they will take whatever the best option is to get them paid out asap otherwise they can kiss their 100Million goodbye.

    and IMO no new funders will put up cash for a tech that has proven to be problematic (C4V) so good chance whatever the make going forward will be will have new IP partners
