    Agreed. Its a big risk. If MNS was insolvent at the time the loan was secured, then that loan could become "unsecured" and they will have to line up like the rest of the other unsecured lenders.

    Any way, the person behind it is: finance and accounting professional experienced in private credit, stockbroking, mining, and FMCG

    I won't name the person or the company behind it, until MNS is officially put into Administration.
