and given that PEY did a few months DD before undertaking the broker role - makes one wonder if they truly exist as an organisation and why these out of left field companies seem to have "priority" here. couldnt be because the more well knowns don't want a bar of this or be associated in any way - just surmising and could be totally off course.

so all these throw away lines by padmore/chupapi about wait and see its all just around the corner - wonder if asic will look at that given their purported connections here.

I don't think they get embarrassed I think they are well aware of what's going on. You can't be that stupid to let things get the way they have. There is a hidden agenda here Im sure. Im glad its on the regulator watch along with active class action. Will be interesting to see what happens. Hopefully we can at worst, take a cap loss for fin year.
