Where are the details around this?The last one went so flippin (happy mods?) horrifically that we really do need to know the details ASAP.
It had better be A LOT better terms than that, because that was extreme value destruction and is directly attributable to the share price woes we are still experiencing.I'd like to think that this appalling deal was down to the CEO they are getting rid of, but who freaking knows??
