Further to my note above:

I suspect that in enforcing the equity conversion, the MNS board is very much thinking along the lines as per my (3) above. That they elected to convert into equity suggests they feel quite strongly about their capacity to leverage that increased stake in the near term, based upon their (inside) knowledge of:

- progress to securing new strategic investors into iM3NY, plus
- progress in securing US Federal Government loans and / or grants to support the expansion, plus
- the strength of the talks with Tier 1 EV players and what that will bring to future valuation / expansion of iM3NY.
