Boy oh boy! I've never seen such a straw man as the one above relating to CV4's university address.

Obviously the author knows little about the University/start-up enterprise.

I won't give any more of my own views in fear of becoming disrespectful, so I'll let the facts speak for themselves. However, I will say that not only have some of the most successful businesses in recent times begun like this, but these days it is recognized within the financial sector, that attachments to educational institutions are a bonus.
