Exactly, Its more of a when than an if.
If current financing deal falls through its not the end of the world. I would be more concerned if the current Off takes fell through. (which is extremely unlikely).
180ktpa is such a substantial amount of supply it will be easy to attract debt financing if the Chinese don't hold up their end and finance us.
