    There's lots of concern on the 'binding' off take agreements. This is sensible as shown by relatively recent iron ore off take agreements with chinese Cos in WA, i.e. the interpretation of binding can prove flexible. I for one wld be happier with some western Co off take agreements, if noting else it puts pressure on those already there to stick with the agreement...Pt
