Apologies mate I didn't realise how blunt that sounded. Little bit tired today!

I don't think the MDA negotiations will have that much of an impact on whether the financing from SINOMA comes through, unless Sinoma get taxed on top when they purchase the graphite?? The free carry would only affect Magnis's costs as the off take agreement is based off market prices, not individually set prices, so Magnis can't technically increase the basket price to cover increased costs. Just my interpretation but could be wrong
