The last cashflow statement also indicated AUD1.5m spent this quarter (and that does not include share issuance to mgmt as that has to be approved). That is real cash going out the door.

Facts eventually catch up with mgmt hence the further fall in price today : a 'cornerstone investor' that is issued shares just below the 5% threshold and a supplementary prospectus issued that allows them to sell down at any time.....the market is on to how poor this is for existing shareholders
