To make it even more simpler we’re borrowing $20mil now and paying them back $20mil with 0% interest in shares within 18 months. We have paid them back 14mil in shares today at $0.2468825 = $3,456,355. This means we owe them $16,543,645 worth of shares within 18 months.

$1mil in fees is also paid in shares.

This means basically John Hancock and co are investing $20mil in MNS. Shares will be issued when MNS wants to issue the shares to repay the convertible notes at a 7.5% discount on the day MNS wants to pay them back in shares.
