Capital raises will be most likely required, either way. Equity funding should help Magnis access US government backing [1]. And, given the $ billions needed by Magnis for all its projects (iM3NY, AAM plant, Nachu + QLD?), Magnis will probably need to raise something in the hundreds of $ millions. Possibly even more than its current market cap.

IMHO, the important questions are:
1) How much can MNS expect from its current shareholders,
2) How much can MNS expect from other capital investors [1]
3) How much discount will be offered to entice either party
4) What is the resulting dilution.
