Of course, most of the CAPEX is in buy consumables/raw materials, which occurs just before the production lines start rolling.

Magnis wouldn't have raised US$25M solely for iM3NY unless debt and any additional investment components were almost guaranteed. Astute investors should be reading this announcement as the company clearly saying, 'Here's the equity component, which fulfills the requirement for the debt component' IMO

To my understanding, it's the norm for projects, especially start ups like iM3, to provide an investment component before gaining debt facilities.

Today's announcement is the 'hello' you get when entering a restaurant - the entree hasn't even be delivered yet... perfect opportunity to buy more imo.

absolutely what I have been saying. the Ann says they have sourced equity and debt. technically they could go it alone. maybe c4v also have an investor in the US lined up, but if not we will see more equity in im3 for mns imo. exciting times.
