I agree that the project was very unlikely to go anywhere. The company was forced to announce the MoU. As to the impression that having announced the MoU gives off it’s hard to say much more than any personal thoughts on it. And going beyond this we don’t know the sully story surrounding the discussions we had with them or others and so it’s all really just speculation. The only alternative we would seem to have had would have been to say to them sorry we aren’t interested in talking to you, especially if you require that we announce that we have talked to you. Would that have been a better approach, who knows.
