What I don't understand about the export of gas from the USA is that the price worldwide is sitting at about $7. The real cost of gas ex the USA is about $6. Arthur Berman explains it better. ( USA Producers are selling it at $2.90 just to service debt. ) It is a recipe for disaster. That 's why most of the gas rigs went over to oil ( when that was $100 ). International prices need to rise......
When the true cost of gas in the USA finally gets recognised then exports are marginal to say the least. Gas production is falling in the USA at $3 prices. It is a ponzi about to disintegrate. And shale oil won't be far behind.
