Agree. Makes you wonder if folks who scalp a few cents here, a few cents there actually bothered to read GV's comments (or have the slightest interest in the bigger picture):

we are well underway in progressing on the final offtake milestones to enable us to move this leading energy efficient, innovative and low cost project into the construction and operations phases.”
So whilst non-FTA was expected, DOE approval removes any lingering uncertainty amongst potential non-FTA offtakers LNG is in discussion with. And in case folks weren't aware
LNG HH is currently $3.30/ btmu. OPEC's decision is also clearly welcome but I digress.
As for NTP, this is legal in nature (April's FERC Order was THE key ann following last Nov's FEIS).
I'm reminded FERC's perviously issued material anns. (DEIS, FEIS & Order) were all issued on a Friday. And I note FERC hasn't responded (or even ack'd) LNG's recent (2 1/2 weeks ago) 'friendly reminder'.
IMO NTP is coming tomorrow.
