    wow non-FTA before ntp. A hurry up from the DOE perhaps to FERC.

    Wasnt expecting a large jump in the SP from this to be honest given its long standing practice to give non-FTA approval (for now) but nevertheless a key regulatory risk issue removed from the equation, and no excuses now for our team not to sign up customers. Oil hitting $70 will only help.
