    "The EPC contract will have a fixed price validity period of six months during which time the MLNG Project will complete its project financing. "

    EPC Contract is for 8 mtpa, folks. They've been silent on financing plans for phase 2 (4-8 mtpa), but they must be working on stitching up the debt it.
