re: Ann: Magnolia LNG Project Update - Progre... Nothing new here for those already informed on LNG. I thought for a second they were expecting to have the deal signed with GNF this month (much earlier than expected) but on re-reading they are just hoping to "DELIVER a DRAFT legally binding tolling agreement agreement" so I guess that will just initiate the negotiations and keep them on schedule to have it signed in Q1 2014 as planned. So before the end of the year this is what we expect:

Definitive project equity agreement Q3CY13 (Delayed)
Binding tolling agreement - Gunvor Q4CY13
Apply for non-FTA export license Q4CY13
Preffered EPC contractor Q4CY13
